It seems free-to-play mode is the wave of the future game market as another online game has switched to the popular business mode. S2 Games today announces that Heroes of Newerth, its session-based, multiplayer, action-RPG, is going into free to play. The game mechanics and style of play will remain intact; however, existing player accounts and new accounts will be separated to create a smooth transition as novice players enter the game.

yesterday, i did have a great time with Heroes of Newerth.
 
how busy are the SA servers? Played this a while back during the beta and looking to get back into it as the latency was a lot better than in LoL.

can hardly find servers to host these days, but there usually games up, unless they hosted by the elitist "i'm an ass-hole" pro players, than they auto kicK you or blame you for them losing 2 min into the game before the first creeps have spawned.

Yeah damm I have seen this the all pro squad add me my username byron_spy I only have played about 200 games or so, so noobish a little lol
