Article: No judgement on 90% of SA court cases

Almost 90 percent of South Africa's courts have not delivered judgement on the cases before them, the SABC reported on Saturday. Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Dikgang Moseneke, said the delay in the finalisation of the cases led to injustice.
 
Jeez,got told last night a girl that we know got off for drunken driving because they lost the documents...wtf
 
Yes... And now they bringing dewani back here to stand trial here. The man is getting off. Well done south Africa for letting another criminal go :/
