Looking for: collective download of Windows updates

A couple of months ago a website was mentioned in a thread where you can download all updates pertaining to a specific Windows version. I need all the updates for Windows 98 but the machine is not connected to web.

anybody remember something like that, I searched but couldn't find it.

Once I phone MS and ask if they had a CD they said yes made me a copy and deliverd it the next day for free
 
good question, I recently upgraded the RAM and has since been experiencing a lot of blue screens, very randomly, RAM checks out fine so I wanna update the OS to eliminate that as a cause before I start looking for new hardware drivers.
