36 Boutiques presents an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who loves the excitement of working in a competitive commercial environment.
Accountabilities:
· Elicit, analyse and document requirements for changes to existing product functionality as well as new functionality.
· Oversee continual product improvements to sustain a high quality online customer experience.
· Refine businesses processes and procedures.
· Provide implementation support.
· Assist with all aspects of testing, including test plans, test cases, regression testing and co-ordinating user acceptance and integration testing.
· Rationalise business and systems issues.
· Provide input into training including scope identification and documentation.
· Liaise with both internal and external parties.
Job Outputs:
· Product design and definition
· Business and functional specifications
· Business process and procedural documentation
· Documented product-and business related issues.
· Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
· Communicate requirements to development team
· Participate in scrum planning and daily sessions
· Product testing
· Input into project management
Experience / Skills:
· A minimum of 7 years business analysis experience
· Strong customer focus especially in relation to usability and system processes
· Good understanding of internet products and technology
· Excellent documentation skills
· Attention to detail
· Strong analysis skills / creative thinking / problem solving ability
· Understanding of agile development principles
· Good facilitation skills and team interaction
· Excellent communication skills
· Relevant Business Degree /or BA Diploma
Qualification
· Business Degree and BA diploma
