yes, supersunbird is right.... Most updates can be found on the manufacturers site.

Yep as stated above. If you're not sure what motherboard you have you can use a utility like CPU-Z (http://www.cpuid.org/cpuz.php) to give you information on your motherboard and chipset. A quick Google after that will generally lead you to the manufacturer's website.

Thats not your motherboard, thats your chipset thats on the motherbaord, VIA dont make motherboards, except for reference ones for other manufacturers to copy. Try a program like CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php to see what the motherboard (aka mainboard) is. Then look up the manufacturer named in that.

NO its a standard Via Bios update, makes no diff what make of board - seening as all the boards with that chipset are made by via
