Migrated to Xbox Live Sa and cannot find any games

I wonder if any one can help, I did a stupid thing and migrated from Xbox live US to South Africa, thinking I might find a better connection on call of duty with more south african players, instead now I cannot find one single game not local or international. And the problem is I can only migrate every 12 months it seems. Any suggestions?

I am desperate !
 
That's very unusual. I'm on an SA account and I find games no problem - 1Mb DSL line.

Does it enter the lobby and look for games, find them, but just never join? What does it do? Also, what internet connection do you have?
 
I have a 1mb DSL line, and when I am in the lobby of COD mw2 it just says searching for available games and 0/50 good games and then nothing. It takes so long that my XBOX goes into hibernation and I just dont know what to do
 
Jeez, thats mad.

I'm not sure what could do it bru. Although do people still play MW2 - I've kinda had the same issue with that game and never actually played it online because it never found a game either? Have you tried BLOPS? Maybe try get hold of someones copy if you dont have it and try that?
 
I still play MW2 almost every night .
1Mb Mweb uncapped , no problems.
Takes about 2 - 10 mins to get a game .
Playing mostly Team deathmatch
