In this role you will consult with business to develop strategy and capability needs, and develop business requirements and analysis for IT and Systems solution delivery, lead a team of software development, infrastructure and support staff.

Responsibilities include: Manage internal relationships, act as primary interface with business for needs, direction, IT issues; drive strategy development on local sub-Saharan Africa level and assist in strategy development on regional level; determine capability and process improvement needs; develop business and benefits cases for improvement programmes; maintain IT strategic program alignment with business unit strategies and corporate ITS strategies and standards.
While you lead, inspire and motivate a team of cross-functional ITS experts, you will maintain best practices and benchmarking insights, develop and maintain industry relationships, and seek business process IT facilitation ideas and
knowledge, as well as leverage process direction with key vendors.
To apply you will need an SAP Certification or proven SAP project implementation experience, coupled with a minimum acceptable and relevant tertiary qualification. A minimum of 5 years’ relevant business experience at a senior team leader level is essential.
