Samsung Omnia W may ship with 1.4GHZ CPU

512mb RAM is a joke. The new Blackberry OS7 devices are coming out with 768mb RAM, and those are Blackberries FFS. A WP7 with a 1.4 GHZ processor should get 1GB minimum.
