Its on page 27 of Beeld Wednesday 25 January 2006, on the lower right quarter of the page. It explains the services the SNO can deliver according to the license, and the shareholders pieces of the pie.

I’m not sure what the idea behind the article + add is, it seems to be an awareness campaign to me.
