A first taste of Vodacom’s HSDPA

Anybody know about Vodacom policy for upgrading from current 3G (U630) to new 3.5G (U740) data card? :eek:
 
Yeah, pretty cool service, now if only people other than the few thousand that already have 512k ADSL connections could afford it.
 
iBurst was awesome during testing, as was HSDPA.....

Throw 5000 subscribers at it, then lets talk :D
 
Ok... now lets test it with a regular client base. I am still sceptical since this was a 1:1 connection to the local base.... my experience is that there is often congestion at the peering pipes... we'll see how it looks in a real world scenario.
