Naww it wont. Well naturally it will be a bit "behind the times" once the iPhone 5 is released, but lets see if an "iPhone 4S" is coming too

well look, no ones forcing me to upgrade.. But they have to come out with another phone to stay ahead of the game/up with the times. And I also want to be up with the times 
I really don't get why people freak out so much over Iphones. The only thing thats nice about them is their screens and you can get the same quality screens on a Galaxy S.

I have the iphone 1 and lost interest since then.
Each to there own opinion, i personaly love using my iphone, and prefer it to any android device( not saying android is bad) but personal preferance

LOL a lot has changed since the iPhone 1.. but as DefecteD said, each to their own. I haved owned and loved each iPhone ever released, and I will be getting the iPhone 5
Again, your opinion. People who freak out about them is because they like them. You obviously don't and that is why you don't get them.
You're very involved in this thread for someone who has no interest in the topic.
Would be very interesting to see what has changed. Hopefully I can upgrade to this early next year when I'm due. Currently still on iphone 3G. But I should mention that I will consider an Android alternative though and try to stay objective in the decision.

I'm interested in most brands of gadgets, and ones I want, I buy.
I find it odd that people stick to only one brand, being brand loyal is not always clever.

Maybe not, but if you get satisfaction out of said brand, why switch. I'm a very happy iPhone user, and have owned no other phone in the past 4 years. I have tinkered around with some bb and droid devices, and they just didn't cut it for me. As it has been said, each to their own
Ultimately, There's nothing wrong with being brand loyal if they live up to your expectations

If fxit_man's predictions are correct, we can see an early release just after Christmas similar to the Ip2 launch.
Must get my dad to upgrade to i5.

+1, for the 1st time in my life I have not been hankering after the latest Nokia or Samsung or Sony. iPhone simply fulfills and ticks all the boxes...
