This might not be the only way to do it, but if you want to suggest changes or additions to the Gautrain feeder bus routes, you can email them to feedback at bombelaop.co.za.

HI everyone

I want to take the Gautrain to the SARS building in Brooklyn on Queen Welleminah Drive just next to the park. However, the bus route is not convenient for me. The Bus drops me over a killometer away from my office. I am afraid to take that 10 minutes walk holding my laptop bag with an iPad a few other essentials. Does anyone know how you can patetion the Gautrain bus to change routes. I've circulated a petition in the company and so far have nearly a 100 names on the list.

Has anyone ever done something like that?

Why not ask your company to get a bus service to the Gautrain station. I know of a few companies that actually does that.

The 666 bus would be suitable for you.

I posted a comment/request on the Gautrain web site regarding providing a bus feeder service to Pretoria East (Elarduspark area) and they were kind enough to respond very promptly :

Dear **** ****

Thank you for taking the time to put your experience in writing. We do appreciate hearing from our customers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our service.

We recognize that travellers want dependable and convenient service. Please note that we do not have the permit to operate in the areas that you have mentioned. The Gautrain bus routes are determined by the Gauteng Provincial Government in conjunction with the respective municipality.

The bus feeder from the station only operates within a 10km radius from the station that it departs from. However we have forwarded your suggestion for review.
We continue to be committed to providing you and all of our customers with the highest standards of service in the industry, and look forward to serving you in the near future.

Sincerely
Bombela Operating Company
