How it Works
Knysna is now covered with a new network allowing the community to access cheap calls and low cost Internet.
· UniNet’s free-minute strategy for local calls provides all residents with 100 free local minutes using UniNet’s portable Wi-Fi phones.
· Public payphone vendors will be identified, trained and provided with specific phones to allow toll-free community access to Municipal and Emergency telephone services
What do I need?
For prepaid services all you need is a Wi-Fi compatible phone, or a Laptop with a built in Wi-Fi card. For fixed-wireless subscriber services call us for a site survey.

In addition to the Prepaid Internet and Voice services UniNet will also be launching its fixed-wireless subscription services on the 1st on March 2006.
This will allow businesses and homes requiring 24/7 broadband internet access to be connected. The same equipment that is installed for the Internet access will also allow access to UniNet’s VoIP services at the same rates that are available to prepaid users.
Our Fixed-wireless subscribers are premium subscribers, where a high level of Quality of service is guaranteed for all services delivered.
