Thanks for sharing you experiences.

May help some people decide on getting one or not.

There has been a bunch of flash capable browsers on the ipad for awhile now, but nothing that runs flash natively (i.e by installing a flash add-on).

Anyway, as for the whole syncing and multiple documents in different apps dilemma. The solution to this is to learn to work in the cloud. I would suggest looking into DropBox and even Google Docs. So when you pick an Office App, pick one that integrates with cloud services (Quick Office is an example of this). So at the end, you sync your docs to the online version, if you then use it another app, again you sync it to the online service for the latest one.

No. Adobe has made changes to its server software so that if the server detects an iOS device on the other side, it removes the video from its flash wrapper and streams it in another form. It is up to companies to install this very expensive server software and activate this capability on their websites. Don't expect to play farmville on the iPad anytime soon: this is strictly non-interactive stuff.

Lack of GPS in non-3G version - I think that Apple's thinking here is that there's no point in GPS if you can't always go online to download new maps. That, and the need to keep the price down.

Lack of Intelligent data sync - look out for dropbox-enabled apps or ones like Wunderlist that implement their own little clouds.

For me the biggest frustration with my iPad is the keyboard that cannot be modified. No arrow keys is a pain (yeah, I know the zoom thing, etc). On my SGT I installed Thumb Keyboard and it works great.
