Hey there guys, Ive been lurking on this forum for a while and enjoying all the interesting topics, but this one thing happened that I had to just come out and give props to.
I have been an AYCE member since December, and have had nothing but excellent service and quality connections. Downloading from International newsgroups (newshosting.com) I always get an average speed of between 100 and 110Kps, never any dropped connections or any hassels, solid as a rock.
Today...I subscribed for the month of Feb with credit card. It was a simple hassle free process. After I just sat back and assumed my account details would be forwarded to me through email at some stage of the day. Within 5 min I got a phonecall from one of the AYCE people, letting me know my details and that I was ready to go! Show me service like like in the SA internet industry (other than Mr. Beep) where we as consumers are almost always given the short end of the stick.
I dont deal well with bad service, I will be the first one to make a scene anywhere and anytime...but this ONE act of AYCE motivated me enough to register at myadsl and let people know the great experience I had.
Hope you can apreciate this post as it is and not as an advert or whatever for AYCE. If TelCON could provide service half as good, who knows the levels to which this country can rise to.
yours sincerely
