Actually I am not surprised at who is the fastest. They had 100Mbps into most homes in the previous decade, and they are busy upgrading that to 1Gbps if I am not mistaken, its old news, like last year or the year before.

Then again...they don't mess around wasting time on politics ect, instead they make things happen, which is why they are so much more advanced in the internet space.
 
They should also get their facts straight:

Dial-up was limited to 56kbps, which would've given you like 6-7KBps.
 
That pando media booster is an evil thing. My net was slow for three days before I found out it was using all the uploading bandwidth.
