iBurst’s new broadband pricing examined

I didn't even know they were still around :P

Too little, too late?

I know of people who have already migrated to 8ta from iBurst.
 
Can anyone break it down for me, simplistically?

I phoned iBurst, and I was told that the new pricing is not valid.
The lady wanted to take my number to get back to me...
So much for getting my hopes up :(

But according to the information in the article, I would be interested in the 5 GB or 10 GB packages, but please explain the top up options?

If the service is good, I might even go uncapped!!!
 
Must say, it looks pretty decent. I wouldn't mind switching if the signal was better where I live :(
 
Im currently an iBurst subscriber (seriously considering of moving).

Personally whats the point of giving more bandwidth if the speeds are still slow.

The prices will be perfect for users who is in good coverage areas, however 2mbs is not fast compared to 21mps.

I am just glad they didn't release something nice, otherwise, I would have been angry with myself for cancelling. :D
 
Sharkbait > which way did you go? 8ta?

Im thinking of canceling as well. I prefer speed over more bandwidth.

I also managed to get 100% signal using an external antenna in an area with zero coverage.

Ok so i guess i will have to harrass the sales team, then....

I had "100kbps" coverage according to their website and with external antenna I was able to get some not bad speeds with 95% signal, but then 3 years later it stopped connecting on a busy day...
