XBox Live Call to Cancel OMG??

OMG!!! I got myself a PS3 and just attempted to cancel my XBox Live Subscription online.. being a WoW player I am very used to this sort of functionality.

BUT NO!! I have to call support to cancel. The call centre only operates Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm.

Seriously?
 
Just buy yourself a months access card and use that on Xbox, it will automatically move you to prepaid and no need to cancel. Oh also not sure why you want to cancel live, I have both and my live sub is still going, in fact I prefer playing on Live over PSN.
