Easiest way to move things from one user to the other?

I have 2 users on my PC and admin and another normal user. I have been using the normal user for a while now, but it has no administrator control, so I want to move everything from that user to my admin user then delete the normal user
What's the quickest easiest way to do this?

How? When I go to the admin user I try to give the normal user admin rights but it doesn't allow me, when I try change account type it doesn't let me save the option of changing to admin.
 
You need to be logged in as administrator to change the user rights, possibly?

You can go in as Administrator and browse to \Docs&Settings\user\ and copy items inside Documents/Favourites/Desktop etc to your administrators directory. That will shift the files from User to Administrator.

When logged in as Administrator you can promote the User account to have admin privileges. Or create a new account with admin privileges.

When I logged in as Admin I couldn't give the other user Admin rights.
 
You may have more success by right-clicking My Computer and selecting Manage. Go into the Users folder under 'Local Users and Groups' and go into the Users properties. Add the User to the Administrators Group under the 'Member Of' tab. Remove the other user groups so there is only Administrators listed. Just check to see that the change was made by going into the Administrators group and seeing that User is in there.

Sometimes that way doesn't work so you'll have to go into Groups under 'Local users and Groups', go into the Administrators group and add User that way.
