Private hospitals are less likely to care if you're bunking, so long as you have the cash.

People with the slow puncture don't possess the bulbousness of our dear beloved fatboy. If it were a genuine case of him being ill (which clearly it isn't) then it'd be far more likely that he's suffering from something like a clogged artery due to obstruction by KFC drumstick - or something similar.

He probably does have aids but whatever kills him first, the sooner the better. Hey is definitely sick thou, sick in the head with a server case of foot-in-mouth disease!
