Thought it would be interesting to take a look
Modem E1820
APN on all - "internet"

CellC - RSSI -61dBm

8ta - RSSI -67dBm

Mtn - RSSI -79dBm

Weird - The Voda speedtest has the fastest transfer speeds but the slowest latency.
 
@OP - have you done more than one test on each service provider?

For best results, repeat the tests 5 times, then get the average of these.
