This is driving me absolutely insane. For the past 3 months my internet CONSTANTLY drops (for a couple minutes, hours, half the day) as well as BARELY audible phone calls! I have called telkom approx. 10-15 times during this period involving 3 or 4 call outs to my house to 'resolve' the problem which has helped absolutely NOTHING! I am running out of ideas and this is affecting my studies (UNISA) and job (as I work from home). Is there anyone I can speak to so I can have this issue addressed?
