I don't know what's wrong with this people.
They launched EDGE. There is still not EDGE coverage everywhere and they launched 3G. Now they want to launch HSDPA but there is still not 3G coverage everywhere.
I want to get myself the i-Mate Jasjar that is 3G enabled but I cant use the feature. That doesn't help me at all.

Ja, MTN's 3G coverage is not good at all. In Cape Town, you can only get it around the CBD. Vodacom has got virtually the entire Peninsula covered. I watched tv on my phone from the CBD driving on the N2 to Stellenbosch. I had 1 disconnect only.
If I must guess, the Gauteng area, Cape Town CBD and the airports probably make out 60% of MTN's data market, so they figure to hell with the rest of the country.
