Article: FPB winning war on porn

The Film and Publication Board (FPB) has confiscated 230 000 in illegal pornographic material, unclassified films and publications from both the streets and shops around the country in the past 2010/11 financial year. FPB opened 759 cases with police in the year under review exceeding its target of about 300 cases.

The war is on illegal material, not porn.

just because they've exceeeded their targets they self proclaim that they are winning the war? Obviously they haven't visitied any of the major intersections in the Fourways area recently, the hawkers are still peddling their illicit DVD's both porn and mainstream as they've always done.
