What you should seriously consider doing is to go to the SABC archives and buy video tapes or even DVDs,since we are in a more advanced age now, and have a serious look at how people used to live at so called townships and then go to one of those townships and see what has happened since the ANC rightfully took over, maybe then your narrow visioned mind will understand why the current government is at this point the best this country can ever ask for, SIR!!!

Maybe bsntombela can tell us why people are being killed for R1 if things are so much better?

A friend of mine is in the police force, he said they did a case the other day, somebody took the R2 coin on the pool table and was shot bluntly with a 9mm for it. The guy then took back the R2 coin and walked away .... there’s allot of this stuff happening every day ... rarely any of it reaches the news.

If you still believe that the government is responsible for every stupid thing that citizens of this country do, you do not only have a serious problem but you have a super huge serious problem. Do you think the government is resposible for you posting stuped messages like the one you posted? I bet you do!

That's a sad story. Should not happen to anyone.

It's sad the lack of abiding to the law comes to such things.

To bsntombela

Govt is responsible for safety and security of all its citizens. Presently they are failing in this task and making life cheap. The Ministers etc that we voted for and who are responsible to us (the electorate) don't feel the crime with body guards, motor conveys and high security at their homes, once again paid for by us (the voters) !!

Mfowethu aka "Brother", I do agree with you, Govn is indeed responsible for the safety and security of its citizens. What we as individuals need to do is start the moral regeneration that the former President Zuma spoke of. By posting 1 million messages critisizing the GOV will not help. Go to schools, black or white, and teach them to stay away from crime and drugs. Consult corporates just do something and stop YEAPING!!! I for one am busy with teaching underpriviledges scholars how to use that internet, It might not stop the recent cash-in-transit heists, but its a step in the right direction!!!!
