Not just referring to the BB outage but tell me in which other industry would you be content to pay a premium for X while only 'X - something' is being delivered to you?
The only thing brutal about the mobile phone industry is how hard we are rogered by the providers.
 
WoW, what is this? This is old news which can't even be considered news anymore. The Blackberry DevCon started yesterday and instead of publishing some of the developments there they choose to rather just throw us another negative RIM article. LAME!

Yup. I was reading through and realised I'd read the same article before, a few days ago.
