Galaxy Nexus is coming to South Africa

Man now this is confusing things. I'm due for an upgrade and waiting for the 4S. Feb may be too far :-(
 
It's a very nice device. Comes out around the time of my upgrade as well, but I'm going to need a very well priced data plan for this phone :(
 
Damn, I can upgrade in December already but I am with MTN. I may just wait for this and be prepared to switch to another provider, though.

Followed by ACTUALLY having reception. Tired of MTN, porting back to Vodascum asap. Will be awesome having phone conversations in the house and proper 3G wherever I go, hopefully on one of these phones!
 
i ported to vodacom for the desire s, so in two years i expect googles next phone to be out, most likely moto made and whats nice about googler phone's is they have a massive support from google to ensue its update for longer. Only down side is its a huge phone, like massive, thats my taste though.
 
Hm. I can upgrade from December already - not sure if I'm willing to wait.

Actually, not sure if I even want Android any more. :|
 
Hmmmm my upgrade is in Feb as well..

I would like this phone, but it all depends on the data plans that are available.

Everyone knows what porting is. I'd port because of service (and maybe + phone). But a phone being available on a network just doesn't make enough argument to switch sides. Vodascam might get an iphone a month before eMpTyN. I've heard of porting headaches and it's just not worth it for just the phone
