Location: Gauteng
Description:
Enrolled Nurses reporting to the Unit Manager.
Conduct basic duties to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all nursing activities carried out comply with SANC regulations; relevant legislation and Life Health care policies and procedures.
Maintain and provide excellent customer satisfaction
Involvement in control and equipment maintenance( including pharmacy stock).
Assist in Cost of sales and other Hospital initiatives.
Promote, maintain and control safety and infection
Involvement in in-service training and patient education.
Maintenance of accurate documentation/ record keeping of high standards.
Must be an Enrolled Nurse registered with SANC
Experience in ICU will be an advantage
Competencies required: Team player, very energetic, well organized and even tempered.
Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing ICU environment
Strong inter-personal skills required
Must be willing to work according to the flexi-hours system.
