Canon 450D canon ef-s 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 is lens accessories

Description: I am looking to sell my Canon 450D with a Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens. This includes a Lowepro - Apex 120 AW bag and a 2gig memory card.The camera is in excellent condition and the lens as well. The lens also comes with a UV filter. The original box with all the manuals will be included as well. Camera only has a shutter count of around 8000. I am also willing to swap everything for a Nikon D80/D3100 body and charger.
