Original games starting to look like pirated games?

So picked up my pre-ordered copy of BF3 late this morning. And was given what you see below. Now please before the NERD herd come out ranting, of course it wont detract from the overall game experience. But when I buy a new game I don't expect it to loo like it was sitting out in the rain for a few days. Photos don't do the **** copy I got justice. Oh and that be the crappy little mouse I'll be using to rip you all a new one! figured I'd give the okes a break over at Black Ops ;D see you all on the Battlefield and enjoy!

I've noticed that PC covers usually look inferior to console covers. Maybe it's just in my head.
 
Take it back and demand a better looking box or else you will go postal on their ass.

Tell me how can a game be the winner of best online when it's not yet released?
 
The dukenukem forever packaging wasn't much to look at either and it's the first game I bought in years. At least Blizzard does a good job packaging their stuff. But I fear it's to cut down on costs and line their pockets instead of passing the savings onto the consumer.

Well, see. most of us WORK for our money. Money is earned (parents don't give it to most of us) and when you buy something you expect quality. Sure the game is awesome, but what do you get for your money other than the game? a wonky looking packaging with a (hopefully not) scratched CD?
 
To add insult to injury I can't get it to install so I must have got a pirated version from BT Games <----SARCASM. This ****ing ridiculous!
 
I understand his reasoning for being upset. He wants to show off his new game, and probably has a collection. I don't want a wrinkled up cover in my collection.

I'd have told them to trade it for a better looking one when you picked it up. You are paying for it, you are allowed to be fussy.
 
ZOMG ZOMG 80%....... wait I still got a 400meg download coming. Never mind. Two people made my **** list already.

I agree with the guy. My Cover looks like it was printed on a 10 year old Lexmark and absolutely fusk all inside.
