Lesotho has signed a $15 billion (11 billion euro) renewable energy deal with a South African company in the country's largest-ever private investment, officials said on Thursday.

Harrison & White Investments and the government of Lesotho will provide equity finance, while unnamed Chinese firms will provide loans, Harrison & White said.

Lets hope they fix some roads.
And the hydro in the dam has been there since they built it.
Cool about the wind farm though. I wonder if they struggled to get a deal with the SA gov and decided to work around it

Well nobody owns land in Lesotho so nobody accepts responsiblity for it. It's a effing mess. So the govt gets another donation. The masses still starve.
