Article: Lee-Ann Liebenberg's husband hijacked

South African model Lee-Ann Liebenberg's husband has been hijacked in Parkview, Johannesburg, according to a news report on Thursday. Nicky van der Walt was hijacked around 3pm on Wednesday in his driveway. He was forced from the vehicle and his Range Rover and Rolex watch were taken, The Star newspaper reported. Liebenberg and the couple's one-year-old daughter were in the house at the time.
 
And in other unreported news, some other people were hijacked who are less significant than whoever this person is.
 
Someone who is somehow related to someone famous get hijacked and it becomes news?

its fine, I've been hijacked 3 times, at least it made the news, anything to highlight the problem.
 
There are quite a number of Range Rovers on our roads, people want to look as rich as possible. People are living beyond their means and I am quite sure that there is a big market for hijacked Range Rovers. I'm just speculating though.

Erm yeah.If you got the money its your right to buy whatever you want,but I don't think people intentionally want to look rich.Its just a symbol of their success.There's a big market for all luxury cars not just Rovers.
 
This tool and his mates go around clubs and then beat up people for no reason. He got hijacked and he runs to the gossip pages.

They should have beaten him up as well.
