i am unable to authenticate using my 30GB account

1) Does anyone have an afterhours nr fro DOTCO that can provide support on a Sunday ?
2) Does anyone else have the same problem ?

I also am unable to authenticate from about 06:30 this morning
 
Might have something to do with the super long power failure we had in Cape Town. They might need to invest in some generators if that it is the case. The power is back on at my house and I just authenticated.

The drop in connection was caused by the power failure in CT.
I only got my interenet back in the last 30 minutes.
No internet since about 1 or 2am this morning when the power first went out.
 
We had a power failure from 2am to 1.30pm today in Cape Town. Our UPSs only last for 1 hour. Even Telkom at Barracks Street was down, so even if we had power it would not have mattered, because we connect to Barrack Street.

Thats wierd. Their generator kept me awake since 3am this morning. Strange that they have an industrial strength genny, and no power for their authentication.
 
Not everyone has millions of rands for gigantic generators that provides power for hours and hours and hours... It was a power failure, I was down from about 3AM only, but yeah... So what?

Blame eskom...
