Broadband changes the way small companies operate

It allows users to make or receive calls to a landline, another VoIP user or a cellphone user at as much as 30% less than using the public switched telephone network, and for as little as 17c if they are calling another IS customer.

Is Telkom allowing VOIP to be terminated on there network? I thought they were prohibiting this move, b/c they'd lose income from people using a cheaper service.

Telkom cannot stop you using the law, but they can try and stop you using technology. luckely, they cannot keep up with technology (192K ADSL, need i say more?), so they will not be able to stop it.
