Seems Vodacom Business has pretty much lost all decent skillsets, im getting tired of dealing with Lucky and Nkosi who have no clue about how to do their job.

I guess we need to get used to it, thanks BEE and all the policy makers who decided this is a great idea.

have you tried telkom business or mweb business

they are all just as bad as the other. move your business to a smaller provider who needs the business and will provide you with the support you deserve
 
Unfortunately we are running a large Oracle ERP install, smaller guys generally don't have the certified environment. SAAS based Oracle hosted in the US seems to be my next option.
