Hi guys,

I know each bank calculates each person with diffrent rates but which bank did you find the lowest and what rate did you get

I see SA homeloans offers 8.4% (prime - 0.6) my deposit on the place is greater then 50% so im hoping to get a decent rate

Monthly yield rounded up 5.600%
Plus SA Home Loans margin 2.100%
SA Home Loans Mortgage Rate 7.700%
 
I was originally with Nedbank, then got a much better rate from VMSA. Finally with my most recent homeloan I went to FNB. My experience is that they always give you a initial interest rate, but if you provide them with a better alternative from another bank they will give you an even better rate.
