As the title says, has anyone used these guys?

Their prices seem reasonable, but would like to hear some first hand comments, good or bad.

The prices, at any rate for Paradox equipment are a bit hefty

Their price - Paradox IP100 module - R 1223,00. Dealer price R 835,00 incl VAT. I suppose they have to make a profit. Do they offer any support or alarm programming, or is it up to you when you go out the door?
 
Yeah digging around a bit more I found marssec.co.za, whose prices seem a lot better on the Paradox stuff.

Now if I could just find some Texecom passives online, Secequip claim you have to be a registered installer to buy from them, what bs.


EDIT: Okay so I missed the part where they indicate prices are excluding VAT! I thought online stores were obliged to indicate inclusive prices. So much for that...!
