Agh - shame. Poor telkom - more revenue lost.

He said the communications department would soon be launching a “policy clarification document” regarding the Telecommunications Act. The Herald was unable to confirm this with the department yesterday.

Rofl,,, how ironic, nobody can understand our 'communications' department.

Now this is a gr8 move but the only gr8 revenue lost to telkom is the municipalities. If they could get this out an enable large corporates to make their own networks like this also then the revenue loss would be so gr8 that telkom would b forced to review it's prices.

While they may be forced to review prices, what point would there be? The companies would already have invested in their new infrastructure and would tell telkom to take a walk - and that is a BRILLIANT thing if it happens.:D
