Been having issues with wifi on my 3.5 year old Dell D830. Chatted online to support and reseated the wifi card on their instructions. However, when I put the lappy together again there was no power, nothing  Thanks to Dell support a new motherboard, keyboard, power strip and wifi card will be fitted next Monday. Would've been Friday if it wasn't a public holiday.

Also had to deal with Lenovo support this week. PartServ is now doing their support. First of all the support numbers on Lenovo's website did not work, then when I phoned PartServe they gave me another number which was for IBM support only. Had to phone Lenovo head office eventually and was told that it will take 4 business days or more to fix  Hugging my temporary dead Dell

My brother had the same issues with his Lenovo a few weeks ago. We took his laptop in to PartServ like 2 weeks ago and he still doesn't have it back yet.

Dell with their onsite replacements definitely worth the premium that you're paying if it's a laptop that is being used for business purposes!
