However, AVB and the boys will be in his corner until he is actually proven guilty.

Wonder what this will do to his place in the England lineup.

Well, he's innocent until PROVEN guilty and bearing in mind there aren't any international games for a while yet it really isn't an issue. If he is found to be guilty, then he should be smacked with a longer ban than Suarez and lose his captaincy for both club and country.

What a joke. At least rational people are standing up to the PC bull**** now.

Has that idiot Suarez been executed yet? No? Someone send him to china and hide some coke in his bags

Loads of people on Twitter calling for him to not be selected for England while the trial is ongoing, asking him to return his armband etc...

They didn't ask for Gerrard to not be available for England when he was on trial... what's the difference?

Race duh

So now Suarez must face charges too surely.

Why wasn't Suarez charged, or at least investigated by officers as well?

no public complaint as I mentioned in the other thread

Because the FA also knew that the public prosecutor would laugh at them due to lack of evidence or witnesses. The law does not entertain "he said, I said" type of "evidence".

In JT's case there are several witnesses (watch the video clip).

lol in U.K you'd face charges of racism for that *cough*

Somebody should lay a complaint based on the findings of the enquiry. It will be investigated and thrown out.

Then again plenty of judges in the U.K are white guilt ridden morons. Like the judge who let off those Muslim women who assaulted a woman recently because the victim's boyfriend tried to defend her.

So lip reading is acceptable in UK courts?
