Based on some of the comments on the forum it seems they may have already passed this level.In a statement released on Tuesday they said that ‘the links between ourselves and Telkom are approaching a level whereby we would no longer be able to provide a reliable service should we continue adding new users to our ADSL network’
Thats exactly the problem - Telkom is useless and crap and don't feel like competing - so they disable them.stoke said:IS has 2 winning features:
