(1x4GB 1600 Corsair RAM) OR (2x2GB 1333 Kingston RAM + 1x4GB 1600 Corsair RAM)?

As the title reads, I just bought a 4GB 1600 Corsair memory module.
What will be best setup? I have the following motherboard with 4 RAM slots, 2 black and 2 blue:

Also:
i5 2400 CPU
HD4470 GPU

Will be playing games mostly.

Also, will a GPU less than R1000 be better than my HD4770 or should I hang on to it for a while?
Will my GPU be a bottle neck to what I can get performance wise?

Install the 2x 2GB in the first 2 (same colour) slots and the 4GB one in the third (another colour) slot.
Either way, your PC will not be able to run it in dual channel with an uneven amount of memory modules installed.

If you have an HD4770, then you'll have to spend quite a bit more than R1000 to get something better. Even with a graphics card worth R2000, your graphics card would still be the bottleneck game performance wise.
