Cheapish Hotels in Cape Town

Hey guys, looking to visit CT for the first week of Feb, searching online the rates are crazy expensive. What would you guys suggest in the 800 per night range?

2 People, not too far from the waterfront.

Southern Sun quoting 2400 per night for Cape Sun, protea hotel quoting 1600 for Fire and Ice. They are running a special till end of Jan, but nothing for Feb yet.
 
Stay easy hotel at century city - including basic breakfast around 800 per room per night
 
Sheesh - was going to suggest my usual place I stay - but just checked- that week is booked out and then the rates take a huge hike after that. Something happening in CT we don't know about?

For future reference .. : http://www.circahotel.co.za/ - great hotel like a block from CTICC (and about 2 or 3 blocks from waterfront)

Thanks for this! Changed my dates and got this at a really reasonable rate!!!!!

The penthouse looks awesome at that rate! Definitely staying there on my next visit.
