I've never played fantasy league, just Superbru.

The best one is at Fox Australia. You start the season with a set amount of cash you then buy players from each team (theres limits to how many players from each team you can have) to fill up your team, hookers play in the hooker position, scrumhalves in the scrum half position etc. Players increase/decrease in value depending on how they perform.

you get points for every kick,run,try,tackle,etc your guy makes, and lose points for every mistake.

you can change 3 players per round and you have 1 reserve for each position, 3 outside backs... 1 reserve, 3 inside backs, 1 reserve, 1 scrum half, 1 reserve etc.

And it is daaamn fun.

They all the same. They work on the same principles. Choose your best 15 players plus subs that you think that will perform and get points for it. You can play both sites one doesnt matter. Its fun to do
