Two Worcester traffic officers and another man were arrested on Thursday after a year-long investigation uncovered how they allegedly issued learner’s licences to the public at a cost of R2 500.

This just blows me away. People are so lazy to learn the road signs they'll pay R2,500 for a learner's license! :wtf:

I somehow thought that people who had fake drivers licenses had at least passed their learner's. Not so. We have people driving around who have bought them both. You have to question the mentality of these people. They don't know the road signs, they don't know how to drive but they have a drivers license. OK. Now what? :confused:
 
They had it on Carte Blance. I think about half the people on the roads these days bought theirs. I do not know why they still bother with the whole testing thing

It's rather sad, something that 1stly is so easy and important(granted k53 is a load of Kak). I would never pay for a license what a waste of cash.

+100 Got mine the old fashioned way. and did it the first time. And no I did not flash cleavage. :D
 
Wow, learner's licenses are being sold as well. This is a bit shocking. I guess there'll always be a few a$$es that want the easy way out
 
Learning to drive and understanding the road signs are easy enough.
But if you can't read then you can never write the learner's test. What do you do then?

I'm not saying buying a license is right by any means, but our K53 system is absolutely crap.
It doesn't cater to a large portion of our country's population.

Also, our system is corrupt. I was recently failed for the most ridiculous things on my motorbike license. They want you to come again, or offer them a bribe. A friend was failed because his test vehicle's windows were too tinted. The car belonged to a driving school and was used on a daily basis to do tests in. :(
 
These a$$ wipes must go to jail and the authorities should check if any one with bought learners or drivers licences es has killed any one and charge them with murder
