Is there an 8ta rep here? (8ta Help Desk not being much help)

I'm trying to register on the 8ta self-service portal so that I can monitor my bundle usage. The site keeps telling me "there's a problem, try again later". I've been" trying again later" since Friday, so this morning I called the Help Desk.

To cut a long story short, they were no help and despite promising to call back with a resolution I'm still waiting.

Can the 8ta rep (if there is one) assist? Alternatively, has anyone had (and resolved) this problem, or know how to get help?

I had the same issue. On this forum, everyone with an 8ta issue is asked to mail [email protected] with a descriptoin of the problem, 8ta number, etc. So I did that and was able to login shortly after they responded to my email (and apparently fixed it from their side).

When I ran out of bundle, I noticed that one of the buttons linked to this address:
http://onnet.8ta.com/

Seems like you don't have to log in if you go to that address from a device accessing the internet using an 8ta sim.
Try it out and let me know if it works :D

No luck - it goes to the login/register page.

Thanks anyway :)

Edit - doh! Try it again with an 8ta sim like Mongooseman said! I'll check and let you know.

No luck at all. Looks like I'll have to do this the hard way (and contact support again).
