Hello All

I need some advice on where to go for a business loan for R2 Million.

A minimum of 50% will be spent on property thus a tangible asset that the bank / institution can repossess if things go south.

Any advice from all you movers and shakers out there? :D

I've recently started to think that ideas are worth a lot less than the effort it takes to turn them into viable businesses.
