i need to come up with R7500, i recently got contacted by lawyers saying in 2005 i didnt pay a cell bill of R2200, and i now owe them R7500, they keep phoning and sending letters/emails so they can charge me ridiculous fees, paying R500 a month which i cant afford, is pointless the interest and continuously rising grand total will make that payment worth nothing - maybe R50, im trying to pay it one off. On the work side i cant even say its slow as i havent had a job this year.

first off you should not have acknowledged the debt. second you need to speak to a lawyer, you are being extorted.

Third while i am sympathetic and have seen over the months your struggle it is time for some tough love.

Dude you are clearly struggling and it results in having to sell off your stuff and getting donations, however you are sitting with an uncapped adsl account every month, buying new games like bf3 and likely on a 4mb line if i recall? c'mon :/

ok i think you are taking me the wrong way, i by no mean want to attack you, just give some hopefully constructive advice.

fair enough about the game, i didnt know and that was wrong.
