diff between i5 contract promo and 60+60 prepaid promo

Hey Guys,

I want to know is there any speed diff between i5 promo (10 Gb per month for 199 rands/pm) and 60 GB + 60 GB (1800 rands once off).

I heard prepaid is faster than postpaid.

Shouldn't be any difference. 8ta, as far as I know, don't do any throttling on either package.
