Frenectomy. anyone know any clinics/surgeries in the Cape Town/Boland area?

As per the title. I'm looking to get a frenectomy and figure a day clinic/surgery would suffice. Can't find any though. The Mens Health Clinic only does orders through a call center apparently and it looks like they only work once a month?

You can go to any local clinic for a consultation with a doctor.

Even state hospitals does circumcisions

I'm trying to avoid circumcisions. I previously thought I needed one due to Phimosis, since then (and some topical steriod cream to help stretching) it's fine. But I have a lot of discomfort where (I recently found out) the frenulum is. It feels tight/is most of the times painful during sex. I figured having it removed would be best. I can always opt for the circumcision later, however, this way I can keep the foreskin. If it poses a problem, I can always go for the full snip.

Having said that, I'm trying to avoid a R300 consultation fee on top of the fee they'll probably charge me for it by going directly to a clinic. Problem is I have no idea who does it, who can do it, and who has open spaces.

Thanks, I think I might just have to spend the R300 for the GP and get a consult. However, I think the guy has had a circumcision before and only wanted to remove the frenulum, not sure if it'll work on uncircumcised.

Makes no difference, a frenulum is a frenulum whether you are circ'ed or not, principal remains the same.
